Do I need a reservation?
Yes, especially on weekends and peak seasons. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
Is my request confirmed immediately?
No. We check the room ledger and send up to three options by email. Your stay is confirmed only after you choose and we finalize.
What about check-in and late arrival?
Standard check-in is 15:00–20:00. If you arrive later, please write the expected time in the notes so we can guide you.
Can you handle allergies or dietary needs?
Please write them in the notes (especially for dinner plans). We will confirm what we can accommodate in our reply.
Is English spoken?
Staff can assist with basic English for check-in and room guidance. The guest request form is in English; our team works in Japanese behind the scenes.
How do I view or cancel after confirmation?
After confirmation, open Manage or cancel. Enter your reference number and the email on the request — we send a one-time secure link to that address only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee (up to 100% of the room rate).
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.
